i’m having difficulties to import data from Suitecrm into excel.
I have an excel file which contains 3 pages and i want all the pages to be imported into Suitecrm.
The pages contain informations for the different accounts in suitecrm.
All the 4 pages in excel are related
The issue is that i’m used to import just one page of my excel data into suitecrm and when i import the second page i expect suitecrm to fill the data present on the second page into the fields that i want in suitecrm. Instead of doing this suitecrm just create another account in the account module and i find myself having 2 acoounts that are the same but just that the data in these accounts are different.
So suitecrm considers that i’m importing a new account but my aim was just to complete the fields that couldn’t be completed during the first import.
I hope my problem is easy to understand.
