IMAP errors detected

I think this might be the cause of my Cases problem (https://suitecrm.com/suitecrm/forum/suitecrm-7-0-discussion/27530-setting-up-cases-for-specific-clients-who-email-support-requests#89915)

I get the below when I got to Admin > Repair > Sync Inbound Email Accounts > (The email account) > Sync

I am unsure of what I need to do to sort this out.

I wouldn’t bother with the “Repair inbound email accounts”. I am not sure that is up-to-date with the latest Email code, to be honest…

Thanks pgr. I don’t know what that means. As a new Suite user, that is worrying, because what else is not working?
I am slowly but surely, through a hell of a lot of trial and error sorting all the glitches out but it sure would help if the tools that help you sort the glitches out worked :huh: :slight_smile:
