I don’t believe the CRM has an OOTB way to enforce a specific order on the Chart Axes, i’m afraid
Perhaps a workaround could be to change the labels of the Statuses?
(ie: “New” → “1 - New”, “Get the Watch” → “2 - Get the Watch”)
Then, theoretically, you should be able to sort this alphabetically and order the axis in this way?
Otherwise, you may be able to create a totally custom report via SQL
I haven’t attempted this myself, but there are a few threads where users note varying levels of success in this:
