I know it's easy but I can't find it

Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

It’s been running perfectly, I know it’s old, I’m going to upgrade it at Christmas

So the question - Really easy, I just can’t find it…Where do you edit the systme email signature.

Email signatures can be created by going into user profile -> settings -> Default Signature.

Thanks for that, but I can’t find it, I go to the user, me, not admin, select profile from the drop down, then user profile, but there’s no email signature in email settings. I think I originally set the system on, that’s why it’s so infuriating. I guess it all comes with age :frowning:

I do it in a different way:
for each user:
. log in
. go to Collaboration Menu -> Emails
. Click on Settings
. a pop-up appears
. in the “general” tab there are (on the top-right corner) buttons and dropdowns to manage signatures
