Thanks for that, but I can’t find it, I go to the user, me, not admin, select profile from the drop down, then user profile, but there’s no email signature in email settings. I think I originally set the system on, that’s why it’s so infuriating. I guess it all comes with age
I do it in a different way:
for each user:
. log in
. go to Collaboration Menu -> Emails
. Click on Settings
. a pop-up appears
. in the “general” tab there are (on the top-right corner) buttons and dropdowns to manage signatures
