I can't drop conditions on Report

Hi,

This is my first time to ask.

On making a report, I can drop filelds and drag them.
It works fine.
But I can’t drag conditions that I dropped, I can’t drag&drop parenthesis neither.

I already tried below, but I couldn’t fix it.
Could you give me some suggestions to solve it?

Upgrade to SugarCRM7.8.9
Upgrade to php7.0
Not using AjaxUI
