HTML mails display as plain text

Hello Guys,

I have a problem with email section in SuiteCRM 7.2.

I’ll describe issue via sample process screen shots:

I just click Compose button and create new blank mail. I wrote something in wysiwyg editor that included some styles:

Then I clicked to Save Draft button and save it.

Issue is;

I see content as html when I enter Drafts folder and click on mail:

Also I have same problem with my Sent Mails. It displays as plain text.

I checked database; these mails saved as a plain (all html tags saved like “<p>”).

Looking for your kind replies.

Update:

Forum shows wrong in this line: “I checked database; these mails saved as a plain (all html tags saved like “

”).”

I saw < and > as html entity like “& gt ;”.
