Dear Team,

After testing several softwares, your product feel fine. Thank you to share in open source.

Goal: Create a library of tasks.

How to create a library of tasks for reuse on the different opportunities, business, etc?

Avoid having to retype the same tasks to each folder.

Just select the tasks in the library and add to the opportunity, in contact, etc.

I don’t really understand your requirement. Can you detail it further? You can create Tasks in the CRM and then create a relationship from Opportunities -> Tasks for example.

I want to create a common task library for all users. That is to say that for each project, the same tasks, often, must be re-using. Instead of writing the tasks to be done, each time, I want to use the task library (to create task) for, anytime, can ‘import’ (put in relation) in the case Alpha or the opportiny Lambda.

When a new opportunity arrives, I select a list of task or task and put in relation to avaoid multi-writing …
