I’m facing an issue with email conversations in SuiteCRM. When I reply to an email from SuiteCRM, Gmail correctly groups the messages into a single thread. However, in SuiteCRM, the reply appears as a separate sent email, and I need to filter and manually find it.
My goal is to see the entire email conversation (including replies and sent emails) on the email details page or under a related record. Currently, SuiteCRM does not group these emails together as Gmail does.
Is there a way to enable email threading or conversation view in SuiteCRM?
I’d appreciate any guidance or recommendations to improve email handling in SuiteCRM.
