How to sum user record as single record?????

Dear Sir,

I am trying to make a monthly report regarding sales employee “sales wise” and customer “sales wise” but when i generate it then it showing me user all sales as a separate row. I want it show me single user whole month sales in single row. and I dont want to use any third party solution to generate the report. I want a solution in suitecrm without any expense please.

I am sending you a another screen shot which show what is my report setting at this time.

Kindly suggest me what I do? I want to see the all sales employee monthly sales record and want to rank the top position to the greater sales person in order.
