Hi ,Thank you so much every one, I got so much of infomation from you,
I have done inbound mail intergration then when I get incoming mails automatically one auto response is going to that mail Id this is happening because when I configer the inbound mail there are aptions called New Case Auto-Reply Template
and Auto-Reply Template
at Email Handling Options
.
But here I don’t want send auto email to customer (which I got mail into my mail box from address) just I want create Case
only auto matically ,
How can I do this ,can any one help on it Please?
