How to sharing contract information for other roles

Hi,

I have same contract module. When one role user registers a contract, I want to be able to share it with other role users. I try it - SECURITY SUITE MANAGEMENT relate to contract module, but it doesn’t work.

Does anyone have any idea? :frowning:

You can ether chose to increase the grouping i.e changing view permissions to have a larger grouping.

Or you can chose to relate the record directly to the security group, this should give the users the needed permissions

  1. If I give access to all roles, if will see other records as well. I wont to see only own records and be able to share his records.

  2. I try to relate contract module to security suite management. I add security groups in contract module, but there is no sharing record for this group.
    Both of groups have access(for this module) to their own group.

Do I leave anything in the process?

when I choose security groups , in metadata is undefined:
