How to send auto reply emails to a new user who send Contact Us form

Hello,

I tried to search the forum, however my search queries haven’t returned the desired answer.

My use case:

I have a “Contact us” form on my website. If user fills this form (email is required field) and click send I would like SuiteCRM to send email with automatic reply, let’s say, "“Thank you” message.

How can I configure it in SuiteCRM (Version 7.9.7 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344))

How is this form constructed?

If you can build it with SuiteCRM’s “web to person” form (Google it), then when the person fills the form, a lead (or contact, or target) gets created in SuiteCRM, so it’s ready for you to process.

If you want an automatic email reply you can do a Workflow that is triggered by the creation of that record.
