How to resolve suitecrm taking 10-15 seconds in user login.

Hi Support,

SuiteCRM is taking 10 to 15 seconds when I logs in it.

How to resolve this and speedup the login process.

Hi,

this isn’t “Support”, it’s a community forum…

Check your logs for errors:

suitecrm.log
php_errors.log

You will probably find some sign of what is failing, login is usually immediate, there’s no reason for it to take that long.

Hi,

I have resolved the errors appearing in “suitecrm.log” and “php_errors.log”

but still taking 20-30 seconds in login in suitecrm.

How can this be resolved. Please suggest.
