I have set up a workflow to create a call for a User to phone a Contact at a certain time.
To my horror, I have discovered that the Contact to be called is also getting notification of the impending Call.
How can I stop this email being sent?
I have set the Email Reminder to 1 day in advance of the call. I was really expecting that the reminder would be sent to the User not the Contact.
So my question is how to create a reminder for the User but not the Contact from a workflow?
Any insight is appreciated.
