How to upgrade from 7.1.4 to 7.2 without using the upgrade wizard?
CRM is remotely and my hosting provider does not allow to change the permissions on files php52.cgi, php5.cgi, php4.cgi
Without permits these files Update Wizard can not update the system.
What to do?

No silent upgrade as such, but you could try running one to see if you can upgrade.
