How to manage annual subscription renewals?

Hello guys!

I have a question regarding service renewal notifications. In our company we offer a technical support subscription service that is renewed annually. How can I handle this in the crm suite so that the system automatically informs me when I need to contact the client for renewal?

I am currently manually entering this information into the calendar. I would like to automate this. It’s possible?

Use the Contracts module. It has this feature out of the box, a field called “Renewal Reminder Date”
