How to Highlight the Current module After Unchecking the module Menu filters in User Profile.My Default theme is Suite R.Can any one help me on this.

If we uncheck the module menu filters check box in users Profile Advanced Tab.then we will get the below screen shot attached.

My Requirement is if we are in users module,then we need to highlight the Users module in Menu tab.
