How to have UTF-8 encoding for SuiteCRM on import?

Hi guys.

I recently imported approximately 10k contacts into my suite CRM in order to test it, but I later realised that they didn’t import as they should have.

I have imported the contacts from a .csv file, which uses UTF-8 encoding. Simillarly, I selected UTF-8 encoding under the advanced options with the import, but still the characters aren’t shown the way they should be.

Is there a way to change this?

I am using WAMP as the host software.
