How to customize the design of composeEmail Template

how and where to modify the design of quick compose email template. Though its full html file which is embedded in a .js file, but if I make changes there it is not reflecting outside.
This file,
modules/Emails/ javascript / composeEmailTemplate.js .

Please correct me.

Ok guys,

I got the solution as per my requirement. just i have to modify that js file. but the thing is that, just i need to repair the group js in the admin panel and it is working perfectly fine as per your need.
