How to create (duplicate) an ACCOUNT module with the same settings/relationships as the core module

I need two enable two kind of accounts and two kind of contacts modules in my CRM. I need exactly the same settings and relationships as the core modules but I don’t get them to work. In particular, I’ve created a BASIC COSTUM MODULE as accounts and CONTACT MODULE.

I need to be able to use them to create campaigns so target lists. I’ve created the relationship but it doesn’t count as entries for the list.

Please, help. I really appreciate your support.
