Hello! How can i create custom field “delegated to” same as “assigned to” functionality?
Also is there a way for user to only see leads that he is “assigned to” or “delegated to”?

this is in studio “relate” field to User/Employes module.
But you dont have the same workflow as assigned to.
For me you must create custom logic to send mail and check before and after value change.

How do i relate field?
Go to admin section, Studio, Choose Lead, field, add field .type relate. relate y to Users
