How to create admin user that can only access to "Studio" and that's all

Hi.
Does it possible to create admin user who can’t do nothing in admin panel except access to “Studio”?
If it sounds stuped for you, so look at it from another way: I need regular user who has access to 1 admin/developer feature: “Studio”.

I think that this is not possible but i’m not an expert. It is better to wait an answer from a more experienced member.

Although i can’t understand why to let a user, access studio!
I have saw, numerous times, users without privilages to do huge mistakes. Imagine what they can do if they gain access to studio!
