How to create a task from a tracker URL

I have created an email campaign with an email that includes a tracker URL.

When the suer clicks on the email link, it correctly creates a Click entry under the campaign.

How can I automatically create a task ti a nominated user linked to the tracker contact / lead when the link is clicked on?

Sounds like a logic hook. Have you looked into logic hooks?
