How to copy Lead data into Accounts at time of Convert Lead

Hello all
I am converting lead into accounts only one field data in getting copy i.e “Office_Phone” i also want lead name to get copied into Accounts ‘Contact Name’.

If you chose to create an account and a contact while converting a lead, most fields should be inherited automatically (assuming you are using the default/factory fields).
If I remember correctly even custom fields are getting copied, if the field name is exactly the same.
