HI Team,

how to configure this in suitecrm in 7.14.4 Role and Group access.

Channel 1 - Team A, Team B, Team C

  1. Hod - can all see his record , Manager Records , sales rep records
  2. Manager - can see his record, and sales repo record and not HOD records
  3. Sales Repo - can see hi own and not manager and HOD records

Channel 2 - Agency A, Agency B, Agency C,

  1. Hod - can all see his record , Manager Records , sales rep records
  2. Manager - can see his record, and sales repo record and not HOD records
  3. Sales Repo - can see his own and not manager and HOD records
