How to change module menu to use outside link

Siute CRM V. 7.10.5 Hello, I want to add 2 external URLs to main menu or to User part with links to our company’s folders on Google drive. I have administrator rules, but I need these 2 external URLs to be visible to other colleagues. Does anybody have any suggestion how to do it? :oops: Thanks everybody in advance
