We have SuiteCRM Version 7.4.3. It is working great!
In our Contacts module, we have turned on auditing for the email address field (field name “email1”).
When we edit a Contacts record, changes show up in the View Change Log when we switch the primary email address from one to another in that record.
However, other changes are not recorded and not shown in the View Change Log window, such as:
- Deleting an email address
- Changing the “opt out” status of an email address
- Changing the “invalid” status of an email address
When we make changes like these, there is no evidence in the Change Log that these occurred, who made the change, and when.
Is there some way to turn on auditing for these fields related to the email address?
