How To assign any record to security groups or role

How can i assign any record to any role and that record will be show all the user they are included in this role.

please have a look here:

-> You need to use security groups too. These security groups

  • can contain roles (permissions)
  • can relate to users
  • can relate to records

This way, you can make records visible only for members of specific security groups.
