How to add history sub-panel to Tasks

Sugar Version 6.5.23 (Build 1061)

In my installation, Opportunities, Contacts, Projects all have the History sub-panel. But Tasks does not. How do I get a History sub-panel on Tasks?

In other words, I want what is in the attached picture. This is how it looked in a previous installation, but in my new installation, the History sub-panel no longer exists in Tasks.
