How to add an extra option in "create button"

Hi, in the “create button” how can I add extra options like “create quotes” . look image attach, thanks for help

Check out the file themes/SuiteP/tpls/_headerModuleList.tpl
You may need to copy this file to custom directory for upgrade-safe.
