How have you customized your SuiteCRM?

I’d like to hear some success stories from some SuiteCRM users and admins on how you have successfully customized your SuiteCRM experience to successfully meet your organization’s needs.

Personally, I’m finding that a lot can be done with custom checkboxes and drop downs and custom reports without creating too many extra modules, but custom module relationships is a super awesome feature, too! Then, add workflow on top of that, it is one pretty awesome package out of the box!

I’m a great fan of always trying to use as much from the out-of-the-box modules as you possibly can, you get a lot of “free” functionality from that.

If you make a custom module for a Person, for example, it will never match all the places in the code where the default Contacts module is used.
