How does "Number of emails sent per batch: " work?

Hi all,

Quick question.

I have a target list of 200 email addresses for a campaign. If I select "Number of emails sent per batch: " in campaign settings as 20, how would it work?

  1. Will it send 20 emails and then stop until the scheduler runs the next time? , or
  2. Will it send the first 20 and then immediately send the next 20 and so on until it completes sending all the 200 emails?

Please ignore. Figured out that its every time the scheduler runs.
