How do you remove a workflow action?

In 7.7.8 we are unable to remove a workflow action once it has been created. There is no delete option. You can set an action to NONE but the item still remains.

I have exactly the same problem. I think setting the action to none should delete the action when saving, however when I edit the workflow again, the action persists. I am able to change / edit the action, but not remove

I’ve used bitnami stack and my version info is

Version 7.7.9
Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509)

Hopefully someone knows a fix for this.
