Could some one please tell me whether it is possible to see what use was made of the CRM by an Account, and how to do it ?
For instance, is it possible to check which profiles were consulted and when ?

Can you provide more information on what you need to track, and what you mean by accounts being ‘consulted’?
If you create tasks, calls, meetings, send emails etc. this is all recorded on the account/contact ‘Activity’ and ‘History’ sub-panels.
