I have imported users and accounts. The users are all properly linked to the appropriate accounts. Now, as the administrator, I would like to export all accounts.
However the administrator cannot ‘see’ the accounts assigned to other users. What am I missing?
As an administrator should be be able to see all Account record in the CRM. You should be able to see all records in the CRM.
have you tried clearing the search criteria in the list view search to give you a list of all records?
have you tried creating a report of all account records in the CRM and exporting to a CSV there?
