i have the ip address, how can i find the location details such as city, province and country with the help of it in suiteCRM.

What do you mean? You have the IP address of what?

ip address of a machine… is that possible to find the location of the end user?

No, SuiteCRM does not have any feature to decode IP addresses, you’d have to integrate with some external service. You probably need to look for an API to consume “whois” or similar.
