How can i add a custom link to navigation

Hello Everyone,

I was just wondering if there is a way to add a NON-module link to the navigation menu. For example i just want a link that points to google or facebook or any other website.

Maybe try customizing themes/SuiteP/tpls/_headerModuleList.tpl
