How can duplicates be avoided in CRM Suite?
There are addons in the suite store and a previous post had a solution. These are for preventing duplicate records in SuiteCRM. There is also the action to find duplicates in detail view. You can also check for duplicates when importing records into SuiteCRM.
If you are importing Records, there is a step to check duplicates and specify which fields to exactly look for duplicates.
If you are creating records manually and want to avoid duplicate names/email, this can be checked via JS validation or a Logic Hook.
