Hi Everyone,

So a quick question for anybody on hosting, if we get SuiteCRM hosted here, how customisable is it? Can it have any of the plugins added? Can we modify the code running SuiteCRM for our instance? Or is the hosted version just a plain vanilla install of SuiteCRM? Thanks!

Hi jhurdman,

I presume you are discussing SuiteCRM:OnDemand. The service is for users who simply want to register and have a CRM instance set up immediately, at their disposal.

You can make code changes by building Modules for SuiteCRM and uploading these via the Module Loader.

Any plug-ins you need to add can be uploaded via the module loader, given that the plug-ins are compatible with SugarCRM CE 6.5.x.

Apparently SuiteCRM:OnDemand is the proper term for it. Thank you, that answers my question.
