Is there way to edit this panel, it doesn’t pull up under studio or some of the other admin options. Also why does the status field always display “note” whether you have added one one or not? Can this be edited? I’m assuming it would have to be written? Thanks!

The history and activities sub-panels are not normal sub-panels they “Collection” Sub-panels. Meaning they are taking data from a collection of modules. You can edit them and even create your own via code but its not simple unless you know what your doing. Take a look at the Events module it has a good example of this. modules/FP_events/metadata/subpaneldefs.php
