Hidden columns in Layout does not show all fields

Hi,

There are lot of custom attributes available in Contacts module

But in Contacts-> Advanced Search-> Layout -> Hide Columns , it does not list all the available fields. Pls see image attached

How can we enable it to display all the available fields in this module?
