Those don’t look like the Import errors you should be seeing. Those errors should not be displayed on the user interface.
So I would say, check your permissions, there about five hundred posts here explaining how to do it.
If that doesn’t work, try importing less data to see if some records get imported, and others don’t. You can start with just one, then 10 then 100, … hopefully that will give you a clue as to which row of data is breaking the import script. Then you can try to find out why…
