Help with new workflow - Send email when no customer activity detected

Hello all,

I have several workflows working for me already, but I am stumped on how to create this latest one.

I would like the system to flag inactive records, that is any records that the system haven’t received any emails for, in more than 8 weeks.
The ‘actions’ is the easy bit, however I can’t figure out the ‘conditions’ section.
