Hi guys,
We were using : SugarCE 6.5.13
I upgraded to SugarCE 6.5.20, then to SuiteCRM 6.5.20.
Everything looking fine but when our 5 users started using it, they reported the following problems :
- Loading any page has gotten very slow
- Sometimes pages load incorrectly… refreshing does fix the problem, but it’s annoying
- Global search does work anymore… whatever we type, it will return no result
- However, one we see there is no result, if we make a “standard search” it will work
SuiteCRM is on a VM with the following specs:
2 processors (1 socket, 2 cores)
4GB RAM
The OS is CentOS 7 with MariaDB.
Ensure you don’t have developer mode on in Admin -> System Settings.
Is the ‘Server response time’ slow? If so, can you provide screen shots?
Have you checked your sugarcrm.log and php error.log for any fatal errors and attempted to resolve these?
What volume of data do you have?
Thanks for you reply and sorry for the delays… I check a few times after I posted but it took a few days before my post would eventually get approved, I’m not used to that system in forums so I though maybe my post would never go through.
Anyhow!
The slow response time is not reflected on the bottom of each page.
Suite CRM reports quick loading time, but contacting the server seems slow…
I’ll have to investigate if this could be caused by something on our local network but I doubt it.
In terms of volume of data, you mean in terms of disk usage, or in terms of object numbers?
We mainly use leads, calls, emails and appointment.
We have roughly 60,000 leads, roughly 110,000 calls, 1,000 appointments and I don’t know how to tell how many emails but I’d say several thousands.
Also, could the global search problem be linked to cron jobs not happening correctly?
Thanks!
Forgot to mention : Suite CRM… it ROCKS… love it!
well… this forum is dead…
too bad
SuiteCRM looked awesome!
So long…
