What do you mean by “Cant access the administration page” ?
Do you mean that it leads to a blank screen or it simply wont load? Could you provide a screenshot of this?
Also, what permissions are set on the files/folders of the SuiteCRM instance?
And, are there any errors in your sugarcrm.log or suitecrm.log files?
just attached the screenshot. I set php.ini to display errors. The SuiteCRM instance is installed in Windows XAMPP based server. No errors in sugarcrm.log after the error appears.
Do you know what your team member done to the CRM to cause this Issue? Also, What repairs you ran to try fixing this?
If you stop displaying errors, and ensure your permissions and Owner/Group user for the SuiteCRM Instance are correct, are you then able to access the Admin menu?
I take it that you are unable to get to the the Admin > Repair screen since you are unable to load the Admin Menu.
we encountered some errors during deletion of a custom module created and then tried to fix it using repair db. all else failed so we edited directly some files in the CRM folder
