Help Needed

I’m very new to SuiteCRM but absolutely love the countless ways it will help me in my small business. I own an small I/T company and have 17 years working with large corporate networks and data centers. However, I’m not a programmer by any means. I’m much more of a hardware guy.

I have a working installation of SuiteCRM but have a few bugs to work out. Quite frankly I don’t have the time to work on it as I’m too busy working on other people’s problems and don’t have much time to work on fixing my own.

I’m willing to pay up to $200 TODAY right now for someone to just get things 100% working for me and fine tuned. Not data input, just get things working on my server. My list of issues so far are listed below.

  1. twitter and facebook does not work, both give me errors
  2. incoming e-mails do not work even thought settings are correct
  3. scheduler is working but some things such as incoming e-mail just says running (might have something to do with issue 2)
  4. Linkedin not working?
  5. My company web site is in joomla. The AOP is not working with the site. This is very important to me to get working ASAP.

Please reply ASAP if you are interested I will pay 50% up front and after it’s fixed the remaining 50%. I need this yesterday please.

Hi there,

What is your server/mysql/php setup? What version of SuiteCRM are you running? Is it a specific mail server you have set up or are you just using the server’s local smtp/imap? Can you provide some screen shots of your LinkedIn issue?

In terms of AOP, have you set up the URL in Admin -> AOP Settings in SuiteCRM and have you set up the URL/entered your SugarCRM user/password credentials in the advanced-openportal component in Joomla?

Thanks,

Will.

Please send me an e-mail at rallen1976@suddenlink.net and we will chat that way. Thanks!

Will paid support log into my system ad just make it work? I don’t really have the time to go back and forth all day long. I’m willing to pay if that will get the job done

Any support team will need more information on your setup, what your OS is, php versions, mysql versions, SuiteCRM versions and then debug the issues in your CRM and resolve them if possible. Many initial set up issues are related to the configuration of either the CRM or the server.

Thanks,

Will.

My server is a dedicated Cent OS 5.1 64. SuiteCRM is latest build. Mail server is localhost. AOP is setup both in SuiteCRM and Joomla correctly (as far as I can tell.

Screenshots of twitter and facebook errors attached. The twitter error happens right after clicking “Authorize app” and the facebook error I receive as soon as I click add facebook.

bump…anything?

The facebook issue looks like the URL which the call came from is different to the URL which has been given within the facebook app on the facebook site.

This will be the same issue on the twitter website.

the website that the call is coming from does not match the url given to the apps api. Facebook and twitter both require the website address which the call will come from to be defined on the settings page in the facebook site and twitter site.
