Help! Admin > InBound Email appears to be in a memory loop

I setup an Inbound Email box a year ago and it has worked fine. Just recently I discovered I can no longer edit or create new Inbound email boxes. No matter what I set the PHP memory_limit size to, it exceeds it, so I get blank screen with the memory exhausted error in the error_log. This was with the memory_limit set to 2000MB (2GB) which is extremely high. The higher I set the memory limit to, the higher the byte count in the error_log. It just goes and goes until it fills memory and you get the blank screen. Again, this is also with just trying to create a brand new inbound email box.

I haven’t update suitecrm recently. I’m on 7.5.3.

Not sure if it broke when upgrading to 7.5.3 or this is a long standing issue?
