I have trouble understanding what you mean, but if you mean an unsubscribe link, or an opt-out link, the Campaigns already includes one at the bottom of every email.
People who click that link get added to a different Target List, and that Email address gets marked as “opt.out”. You can see all that in the Campaign results.
Try a few test Campaigns to yourself as an exercise, so you learn about them. They are powerful but complex.
