SuiteCRM seems to only import emails that have status “unread” on the source email server (Gmail).
Is the read-status the only way SuiteCRM knows whether to import or not?
Is there a way to have it import all mails (once) from the external account, regardless of the read-status?
I have the same issue. in this case, we get emails missed because some of us use SuiteCRM to reply emails while some of us might have already downloaded the email via phone but have no intention of replying it (manager). Emails get missed out frequently like that. Is it a configuration problem?
