GlobalSearch only shows new items post reindexing

Hi, when doing a global search in suitecrm, it only shows newly added items after reindexing of AOD.

Followed the steps from https://pgorod.github.io/Reindex-AOD/.

I performed the steps over the weekend and until today, the records only showing are new items.

I also noticed that both aod_index and aod_indexevent tables have no records in it.

Please advise.

Exactly how did you fix it? I see other people asking about this lately…
